the same day. Orders received after 12 PM Pacific Standard Time will be
shipped next business day. Order data can be transmitted using the vehicle
and format of your choice; FTP, E-Mail, Phone, or Fax.
Inbound shipments are received, inspected and warehoused immediately
with no waiting. Damaged goods do not get entered into inventory. Our
thorough spot checks of all inbound merchandise insure that damaged goods
do not get shipped to your customers. Provide us with your purchase orders
and we will generate and transmit an Inbound Notification which includes
overages, shortages and damages each day we receive your product. We will
also handle all returns processing including restocking good product and
return notifications.

shipping information using their E-Mail address and ZIP code without leaving
your web site. Your customers will be able to retrieve useful information
about their shipment, including tracking numbers and a link to the carrier's
web site, where they may retrieve in-route package status, within one
day from the date of purchase.
Our transportation and logistics department offers a wide variety of
services, including long and short term storage, assembly, palletizing,
sort and segregate, and drayage from all Bay Area ports and rail ramps.
Daily pick-up and delivery service is available in the entire San Francisco
Bay Area with direct connection to the mid-west and Los Angeles and indirect
connections to the 48 continental states. Consolidation and trapping is
available for all outbound and overseas shipments to be trans-loaded on
trailers, box vans, flatbeds or containers.
Log on and receive up-to-date transaction history through our web site
using Data On Demand. Simply choose the Data On Demand icon, log on with
your I.D. and password and view up-to-date shipping records and inventory
levels.
At the end of each business day we will generate and transmit a daily
shipping manifest, including tracking numbers to the department of your
choice. Inventory Stock Status Reports are generated based on your product
requirements and transmitted either at the end of each business week or
on the last business day of the month.
